Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geothermal heat pumps and renewable energy products, as well as a passion for providing top-notch technical support to contractors and customers. This role involves a mix of troubleshooting, technical advising, and hands-on work to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical support over the phone to contractors troubleshooting geothermal heat pumps and renewable energy systems.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and renewable energy systems.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and performance evaluations to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Stay up to date with advancements in HVAC technology, particularly in geothermal and renewable energy.
- Document service calls and resolutions to improve product support and customer service.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical issues and improve product quality.
