Non experienced automotive windshield repair & replacement technician will start at $15/hr with great potential for pay increases.
Experienced automotive windshield repair & replacement technician will start at $18-$25/hr DOE with great potential for pay increases. Must have at least one year of installation experience.
Must possess the following:
- Current and valid driver's license; must maintain throughout entire duration of employment

- Experience in the industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Be available M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. & at least 2 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Duties include:
- Repair damaged windshields
- Install new windows and windshields
- Weatherproof windows and windshields to prepare them to stand up to harsh weather
- Provide estimates to customers
- Use a variety of tools to complete repairs as efficiently as possible
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Travel to various locations to assess as well as repair or replace customers' windshields and windows
- Remove moldings, wipers, screws, bolts, and clips before glass installation and repairs and replacing them thereafter
- Inject resin into small chips or cracks
- Identify issues that may affect glass installation, such as rust or vehicle damage
- Remove all dirt and debris from windshields and windows before beginning repair or weatherproofing treatments
- Use clips, moldings, and adhesives to affix custom-cut glass to customers’ vehicles
- Properly use recalibration tools for vehicles equipped with technology that requires recalibration after a windshield replacement
