Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dock Worker to join our team with a busy seasonal install and remove season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods, and helping the team complete to install and removals of our customers docking equipment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and barges, to load and unload shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily operational go. .
- Support team members in heavy lifting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with general labor or dock and lift work is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts, skid steer, and barges
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
