RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receives all inquiries and questions professionally and responds to them in a timely efficient manner.
2. Maintains cheerful, helpful demeanor.
3. Maintains calendar of training sessions and attends all sessions.
4. Creates and updates educational materials for training/educational purposes.
5. Responsible for staying up-to-date on educational material, policies, and procedures.
6. Maintains adequate supply stock, assists in ordering supplies for training sessions as needed.
7. Ensures work area is clean and orderly.
8. Adjusts schedule to meet needs of department.
9. Attends required staff meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent experience.
- Current CPR or obtained within 3 months of hire.
- Good communication and organization skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two year college program or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Education Specialty.
- Two years experience instructing adults.
