Job Description :
As an Employee Housing Security team member, your primary responsibilities will include :
- Monitoring Property : Patrol employee housing areas regularly to ensure all areas are secure and that there are no safety or security concerns. Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity.
- Enforcing Policies : Ensure that all employees follow housing policies, including noise regulations, curfews, and other community guidelines, to promote a respectful living environment.
- Responding to Incidents : Act as the first line of response in the event of an emergency or security incident. Report any issues to management or emergency responders as needed.
- Access Control : Monitor and control access to employee housing areas, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
- Assisting Employees : Provide assistance to employees when needed, whether it’s for lockouts, safety concerns, or general questions about housing security procedures.
- Reporting : Document and report any unusual activities, safety concerns, or violations of policies in a clear and timely manner.
- Collaboration : Work closely with housing and management teams to address security concerns and improve overall safety within the employee housing areas.
