- Implement sophisticated cardholder communication strategies
- Drive card utilization through targeted engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with Director of Credit Card on ecosystem integration

- Execute aggressive growth strategy targeting 20% annual revenue increase over 3 years

- Modern reservation system implementation
- New destination type development (glamping, specialty accommodations)

- 10 years in business/strategy management with P&L responsibility
- 3 years executive leadership experience
