Job Overview:

Assist Project Managers, Project Architects, and Senior Designers in developing design concepts and technical documentation

Support the preparation of design and construction documents using Revit and other industry-standard software

Work closely with internal project teams and consultants to ensure coordination and integration of project elements

Review drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, compliance, and consistency

Assist in researching building codes, materials, and technical solutions to support project requirements

Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks

Support the team in reviewing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings during the construction phase

Learn from experienced team members, gaining exposure to a variety of project types, design strategies, and delivery methods
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

Up to 5 years of professional experience working on architectural projects; healthcare experience is a plus but not required

Strong foundation in architectural design principles, building systems, and construction documentation

Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Progress toward architectural licensure is encouraged, and mentorship opportunities will be available
