Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing federal design contracts, specializing in Department of Defense projects including Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Space Force, and National Guard facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Federal Project Management
- Lead projects ranging from Minor Capital / SRM to large complex initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal standards including UFC, UFGS (SpecsIntact), and DOD Installation Design Standards
- Oversee budgets, financial requirements, and contractual obligations
- Manage pre-design services including DoD planning, programming, and feasibility studies
