Responsibilities
- Highly motivated, qualified and client-service-oriented Senior Architect / Project Manager with experience in various markets
- Create, manage, and produce projects in both the public and private sectors including governmental, commercial, higher education, healthcare, and industrial clients
- Coordinate and manage projects across architecture and other disciplines
- Assisting with business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, developing leads, and securing contracts
- Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents
- Interact and communicate effectively with design team members, clients, and other agencies
