National Award-Winning Engineering Firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer - Project Manager. This position requires you to work with a growing civil engineering group on a diverse variety of projects. Project work currently includes civil site development for new and redevelopment sites, grading design, stormwater management (hydraulic and hydrologic design, certification, and permitting), and civil utility design.

Responsibilities
- Working with management team to : Pursue new and exciting projects and clients
- Working with management team to : Develop marketing and business development strategies for the Civil Engineering group
- Working with management team to : Identify resources and skills necessary to properly support the Civil Engineering group's objectives
- Proactively managing multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously and ensuring the timely submission of high quality and accurate deliverables. This will include contract management, project scheduling and budgeting, setting project priorities and properly allocating staff and other resources to meet the objectives, and leading meetings with management team and external partners.
- Actively participating in the project planning and design process. This includes, data gathering and field investigations, developing design / feasibility studies, plans, specifications, cost estimates and design reports.
- Maintaining strong positive relationships with existing client and partnerships and fostering new relationships.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
