The Marketing Assistant at Northern Jet plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts to position the company as the premier provider of private jet travel. This individual will be responsible for executing digital and event marketing strategies, ensuring the seamless management of marketing operations, and enhancing the company’s brand presence through various channels. 

This is a full-time position based in our Orlando, FL location. 

Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Industry Engagement:

• Support the planning and execution of Northern Jet events, including client appreciation events, luxury brand partnerships, and industry tradeshows. 
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, guest list management, and promotional materials.

 Brand Development & Graphic Design 

• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 
• Support the development of advertising creatives for ad campaigns and print media placements.

 CRM Management & Data Integrity

• Maintain and update contact and deal information in HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead tracking and pipeline management. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of automated workflows for lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy. 

 Digital Marketing Execution & Management 

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring accurate segmentation and performance tracking. 
• Update and maintain the Northern Jet website in WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices. 
• Oversee social media accounts, posting regularly to engage audiences and drive brand awareness. 
• Track key digital marketing metrics and generate performance reports.   

Market Research & Competitive Analysis 

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies within the private aviation sector. 
• Conduct research on potential strategic partnerships, industry events, and media opportunities to enhance Northern Jet’s market positioning. 
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven marketing analytics. 

 Performs other duties as assigned

 Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, email marketing, and automation workflows. 
• Experience with WordPress for website updates and content management. 
• Strong social media management skills across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. 
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

 Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or event coordination. 
• Familiarity with luxury travel, aviation, or high-net-worth clientele is a plus. 
• Willingness to travel for industry events and company functions as needed.
