What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at Northern Lakes Cleaning LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipmen
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their proper usage
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Good organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assig areas
