Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority (NLCMHA) is a 350-employee organization that serves people who live with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders from six counties: Crawford, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Missaukee, Roscommon, and Wexford. Among many other community mental health services, NLCMHA also directly operates 6 licensed specialized residential homes and a small group of supervised independent living apartments utilizing a team of up to seventy full and part time employees. We have homes located in Crawford, Roscommon, and Wexford counties. This Residential Care Aid position would be serving residents in one of those residential homes. - Pass a Physical Exam including lift test

- SIGN-ON INCENTIVES**
- 60 days - $250 sign-on incentive if core training requirements have been completed
- 6 months - $250 sign-on incentive with positive 6-month performance evaluation, 100% attendance (1 day allowance for illness), 100% punctuality for arrival/departure from assigned shifts & required trainings are complete
- 1 year - $500 sign-on incentive if positive annual performance evaluation & annual training is complete or scheduled
