Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a per diem Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate medical care to patients on our adult and pediatric inpatient units on our campus in Bangor, Maine .
Position Details:
- Flexible schedule can include weekdays and/or weekends depending on preference/availability
- Collaboration with inpatient psychiatric providers
- Complete initial admission, history, and physicals as well as orders
- Address any follow-up medical care needs, follow-up on patient labs, etc.
- Respond to emergency medical needs throughout the hospital
- Reports to the Supervisor of Hospital Medicine Professional Services
- Requirements: (1) board-certified or board-eligible; (2) ACLS preferred (training offered)
