Job Summary:

Northern Lights Properties is looking to hire a passionate, qualified, and self-led Project Manager who is able to oversee all housing and construction aspects for our companies.

This person will directly report to the Operations Officer of our company.

Essential Functions:

• Quarterback and execute all large and small scale home renovation/repair projects
• Create a written scope of work, timeline action plan, and materials list for each project
• Lead through people by empowering and ensuring contractors are set for success
• Set the bar of excellence and expectations for finished work
• Adhere to schedules and meet agreed upon deadlines
• Buyout of all job materials
• Navigate logistics of human resources and materials
• Ability to think creatively and work within budgets
• Build a team of contractors/tradesmen that are reliable and trustworthy
• Pull all necessary permits and schedule final inspections
• Create a positive working atmosphere and effectively communicate
• Embrace, follow and lead through our company's Core Values and EOS system
• Capable of implementing and improving our systems and processes
• Ability to add, modify, and organize a Google Drive database
• Computer literacy, typing skills, and able to utilize MS 365 Word, Excel, Powerpoint

• Skilled in various trades (Contractor License, a plus)
• Xactimate experience
• Project Management Software Program experience
• Functions well in a fast paced environment

• Salary Range: 50-60K/yr
• Quarterly Bonus opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
