Project Manager for Northern Lights Properties
Job Summary:
Northern Lights Properties is looking to hire a passionate, qualified, and self-led Project Manager who is able to oversee all housing and construction aspects for our companies.

This person will directly report to the Operations Officer of our company.
Essential Functions:
- Quarterback and execute all large and small scale home renovation/repair projects
- Create a written scope of work, timeline action plan, and materials list for each project
- Lead through people by empowering and ensuring contractors are set for success
- Set the bar of excellence and expectations for finished work
- Adhere to schedules and meet agreed upon deadlines
- Buyout of all job materials
- Navigate logistics of human resources and materials
- Ability to think creatively and work within budgets
- Build a team of contractors/tradesmen that are reliable and trustworthy
- Pull all necessary permits and schedule final inspections
- Create a positive working atmosphere and effectively communicate
- Embrace, follow and lead through our company's Core Values and EOS system
- Capable of implementing and improving our systems and processes
- Ability to add, modify, and organize a Google Drive database
- Computer literacy, typing skills, and able to utilize MS 365 Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Desired Qualities:
- Skilled in various trades (Contractor License, a plus)
- Xactimate experience
- Project Management Software Program experience
- Functions well in a fast paced environment
