Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and product selections.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve an excellent customer experience.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
