What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Northern Louisiana Medical Center?
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.
Current licensure as PT in State of Louisiana is required.
