We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into electronic health systems.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Must be adaptable and willing to cross-train in various office tasks, including administrative duties and scheduling, to support the overall efficiency and operations of the office as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post operative care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential.
- Familiarity with outpatient care practices and geriatric patient needs is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and empathy.
- Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
