Apartment Cleaner - Part Time
Position Available for Part Time Cleaner with a Local Property Management Firm in Lake Geneva, WI.

Cleaner Job Purpose:
Maintain property upkeep by maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the property on the exterior, common areas, and apartments on move outs/move ins. This is done while working with property manager to maintain the premise.
Cleaner Job Duties:
Unit Turns -- Getting units cleaned out as quick as possible upon move out and doing it with a keen eye to ensure detailed cleanliness for new move ins.
Common Areas -- Maintaining common area hallways are sanitary and clean on a general basis
Exterior -- Maintaining a quality appearance of the property so that no trash etc is lying around
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
