Position Available for a Part Time Maintenance /Grounds Keeping Associate in De Pere.
We are a reputable Wisconsin based company and we are accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Maintenance/Grounds Keeping Associate. An ideal applicant will have experience in maintenance, grounds keeping, snow removal, and display a self starter work ethic.

Maintenance
- Interior/Exterior Painting
- Drywall Repair
- Light Property Up Keep
- Demo Apartments as needed
- Assist Full-Time Maintenance as directed by supervisor
Ground Keeping
- Spraying/Pulling Weeds
- Maintaining perimeter bedding
- Hedge Trimming / Bush Pruning
- Power washing
- Snow Removal
