Responsibilities of RN MDS Assessor :
- Completes assessments, MDS, and care plans as assigned.
- Creating and disseminating care plan schedules.
- Responsible for the entire MDS process.
- Reviews MDS assessments when there is a change in a resident's condition and / or quarterly.
- Develops Comprehensive Care Plan with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Makes recommendations for charting requirements.
- Informs staff of any changes regarding resident care and care issues.
- Monitors "RUG" scores for optimal reimbursement.
- Monitor and audit records to ensure accuracy and timely
- Maintain the confidentiality of all residents, staff, and organization information.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements for RN MDS Assessor :
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
