Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaner/Janitor – Keeping professional spaces clean.

• Clean, inspect and maintain all areas as outlined by the scope of work including, private offices, public areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, in a safe and effective manner in conjunction with our Core Values
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify and clean areas that are soiled, unkept or dirty
• Use common cleaning equipment such as a vacuum, broom, mop, and dusters

Training – Monthly check-ins/training:

• Equipment tutorials
• Equipment maintenance
• Cleaning techniques
• Performance standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

• HS Diploma, or GED
• 18 years of age
• Ability to consistently pass a drug screen
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Must work well with others
