Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, enhancing the appearance of both commercial and residential properties. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work efficiently in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows, including frames and sills, using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
• Utilize scissor lifts and ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any damage or necessary repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks to ensure personal safety and that of others.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the operation of scissor lifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work is essential.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
