Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gutter Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work at heights, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and replace gutters, downspouts, and related systems according to project specifications.
- Measurement & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials for custom installations.
- Seamless Gutter Fabrication: Operate machinery to fabricate seamless gutters on-site as needed.
- Leak & Damage Prevention: Inspect gutters for leaks, clogs, and structural issues, providing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, use proper protective equipment, and adhere to company policies.
- Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients to explain work performed and provide maintenance recommendations.
- Equipment & Material Handling: Ensure tools, materials, and work vehicles are properly maintained and stocked for daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure job efficiency and quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in gutter installation, roofing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction, roofing, or gutter installation preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
