Position Title : Asst Women's Soccer Coach Department : Interclgt Athletics / Rec Sports Term of Assignment : Term Term End Date, If Applicable : June 30, 2026 FLSA Status : Exempt = not eligible for overtime Work Schedule : Variable shift / variable days depending upon playing schedule, recruiting demands and department events. Salary : Targeted Salary Range : $36,000-$38,000 Travel : 10-25% Brief Statement of Duties Brief Statement of Duties : Assist the Head Women's Soccer Coach with all assigned duties associated with the Intercollegiate Soccer Program. Minimum Qualifications Required Education : Course work leading to a degree Certificate Discipline / Degree Area : Required Specialized Training / Certifications : Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
NCAA learning portal proficiency, or passing within one month of hire.
Possess a current CPR certification or the ability to obtain upon hire. Required Minimum Work Experience : Demonstrated successful soccer coaching or playing experience at the collegiate or comparative level or coaching experience at the collegiate, comparative or high school level.
No prior involvement with NCAA major rules violations.
Commitment to the academic success of student athletes. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties : Knowledge :
Knowledge of NCAA and conference compliance rules.
Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
