What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director - Laboratory - FT position at Northern Montana Health Care?
Under the direction of the Pathologist and Department Director, the Assistant Director assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating technical and administrative functions of laboratory services to ensure efficiency in laboratory operations while maintaining compliance with CLIA regulations.
Minimum Requirements :
1. Required to possess Montana State CLS Licensure that is equivalent of Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP.
2. A minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
3. Supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
4. Ability to interact with employees, clinical staff, and other agencies in an amicable, professional manner.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
