Job Title : Registered Nurse, Long Term Care (LTC)

Job Description :
- Participate in assessing, planning, and implementing resident care under the direction of the Unit Manager.
- Support the mission and nursing philosophy of the care center.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality care to residents.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Uphold professional nursing standards and ethical principles.
- Required to work during holiday periods as needed.
- Utilize electronic medical records system efficiently for documentation of care.
