What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator - NMCC - FT position at Northern Montana Hospital?
Performs administrative support services for a variety of departments under the supervision of the Administrator of NMCC. Assists residents and family members in the admission process to NMCC and coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfer information with involved disciplines.
Minimum Requirements:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Effective communication skills with proficiency in ability to work effectively and compassionately with the elderly.
3. Skills in typing ability to run office machines, advanced verbal skills including sentence structure, grammar, spelling, and professional telephone manner.
4. Desire to work with people and able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
