About the role
Welcome to the exciting world of credit and collections; a field that can open doors to many career opportunities! This position will be assigned the responsibility of checking medical claims status with insurance companies on claims filed on behalf of Northern Montana Health Care as well as working with patients to resolve their accounts on which there is patient responsibility. Other duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating patient financial assistance documents and researching patients that have moved and left no forwarding address.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate, good organizational skills, effective communication skills and ability to learn quickly and be assertive.
- This position is subject to a credit check based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
