RN - Hospice ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus) Under the supervision of the Hospice Department Director, the staff RN will be assigned a caseload of patients. The RN will be accountable for the assessment, planning of interventions and coordination of the patient's care in the home from the time of admission until discharge. The RN will also coordinate services with other professional disciplines involved with the patient's care.

REQUIREMENTS
1) Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2) Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice. professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nursing.
3) Must maintain and provide documentation of professional development requirements including BLS.
4) Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a community health nurse and/or recent hospital setting is preferred.
5) Ability to read, write and converse in the English language.
6) Valid Montana driver's license and current automobile insurance.
7) Provide a current phone number.
8) Requires rotational call.
9) Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
