About the role
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus
Under the supervision of the Operating Room Supervisor, the OR RN maintains the health and welfare of a patient before, during and after the surgical procedure. Through assessment of the patient and procedures, the OR RN anticipates the needs of the surgical team and provides such services while maintaining an aseptic and safe environment. The OR RN is a self-motivated professional and resource person who supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Health Care. Rotational call including weekends, 2 out of 6, is required.
Qualifications
- Graduation of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nursing; and have a general knowledge of providing care to patients covering ages infant to geriatric.
- Circulating/PACU experience preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
Salary commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
