Job Summary for the Resident Care Director LPN :
The Resident Care Director is responsible for the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing services in the Assisted Living Facility. Responsible for the training, discipline, and supervision for all nursing and related personnel. Responsible for the procurement of appropriate supplies and equipment and operating within the departmental budget. Responsible for ensuring all residents receive exemplary care and favorable outcomes through the solid execution of daily quality standards. Responsible for the occupancy health of the community by working as a credible and collaborative member of the sales team alongside the Assisted Living Director and others.
