Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are proficient in Fire Sprinkler Installations and eager to earn top pay. We seek leaders in the fire protection industry who are equipped themselves and, inspire and motivate the team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in pipe fitting, and ideally have a strong background in fire sprinkler fitting, installation, and inspections with experience in construction environments. This role requires proficiency in using various power and hand tools, as well as the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Fire Sprinkler Technician will be responsible for ensuring that fire protection systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and regulations.

Duties
- Pipe fitting
- Install, inspect, repair, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Maintain high safety standards on job sites
- Utilize pipe machine, power tools and hand tools, for pipe threading, pipe fitting, soldering, etc.
- Conduct inspections of existing fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic math calculations for precise measurements and material requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Document all work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Experience
- Experience in fire sprinkler installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire codes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in fire sprinkler fitting or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using power and hand tools
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Backflow tester experience/certification is a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Clean driving record (7-year DMV report required)
- Reliable transportation
- Candidates must have hand tools
- Professional manners and communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Reliable, honest, and able to work unsupervised
- Willing to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime
- Clean criminal history, No Felonies. (Based on Nevada Fire Marshal Requirements)
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs independently
- OSHA 10 (Occupational Safety and Health Administration 10-hour training)
- OSHA 30 (Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-hour training)
