Job Title: Float Pool RN
Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Float Pool RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a variety of settings.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in emergency medicine, ICU, or PACU and be able to communicate effectively with physicians about changes in patient condition.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care with compassion and respect.
- Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient clinical condition.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Qualifications:
- Current NV nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS & PALS certification (to be obtained within six months of employment).
- At least two years of critical care experience in the ED, ICU, or PACU.
