This RN Clinical Supervisor for our Geropsych Unit is full time at 36 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient nigh shift schedule. This RN Clinical Supervisor opportunity will will have dual functions, clinical and managerial. You will provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting. You will communicate with physicians/nurse manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patent's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides direct and indirect patient care as necessary, assessing current patient care situations, priorities and needs
- Ability to revise plan of care as indicated by the patient’s response to treatment and evaluate overall plan daily for effectiveness.
- Performs patient care responsibilities considering needs specific to the standard of care for patient’s age.
- Demonstrates an ability to assist physicians with procedures and performs services requiring technical and manual skills

Qualifications
- Current NV State Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS & ACLS
- A minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in an accredited program within one year of employment or transfer into supervisory role.
