Join our thriving practice in Parma Heights. We are looking for a part time Doctor of Optometry who is able to see patients with a variety of ocular conditions and to monitor chronic disease. You will be working closely with our ophthalmologists, supported by a skilled team of ophthalmic technicians in an efficient office with advanced diagnostic technology. Job Highlights:
Medical Focus - The primary focus of this position is seeing routine patients while monitoring and managing chronic conditions and screening for pathology. Be a part of a team with MDs and practice to your comfort level to provide comprehensive primary care. There will be some refracting but our practice does not offer glasses/contacts.
Strong support team - The goal of our practice is to provide high quality and efficient care to our patients. We empower doctors to be at their best with a team of ophthalmic technicians who assist with workups and ancillary testing.
Advanced Diagnostics - Our office has the latest generation of OCT, VF and topography to improve clinical decision making. We also have an optimized EMR to make documentation and coding fast and easy.
Flexible schedule - no evening (done by 4pm) or weekend hours.

Medical Knowledge/experience - comfortable monitoring common conditions - Diabetes, early AMD, dry eye/blepharitis

Doctor of Optometry degree from accredited school and license to practice in Ohio
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
