Definition of Work
Perform administrative activities primarily for the drug testing program. Duties include, but are not limited to, answer telephone calls, prepare and maintain active client list, receive referral notices and make sure they are up-to-date, attend court hearings, file records, provide drug test results to specified parties in each case, review drug testing logs and chain of custody forms for errors, tabulate drug testing statistical reports, prepare drug testing statistical reports, and acting as a liaison with drug testing laboratories.
Examples of Work Performed:
1. Receives drug testing referrals and ensures referrals are kept up to date.
2. Upon referral acceptance, enter client into the appropriate drug testing lab website.
3. Prepares and maintains an active client list.
4. Receives drug testing results and provides results to specified parties in each case.
5. Maintains copies of drug testing results and other information relating to each case.
6. Tracks statistics relating to tests conducted such as whether a person called the random drug testing number, did they report for testing or were a “no-show.” .
7. Accesses the DNA verified urine testing website to obtain drug test results.
8. Prepares and distributes a daily donor test summary, no-show report, and call-in log.
9. Prepares and distributes a weekly client attendance spreadsheet.

7. Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
Graduation from high school.
Administrative assistant experience preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,760.00 - $37,297.00 per year
