Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Northern Peak Chiropractic is an exciting and family-centered chiropractic office located in Watertown, SD. We are currently hiring a full time Care Advocate to support our patients Monday-Thursday. This position is best filled by a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills, social awareness, professionalism and interest in vitalistic living. This role includes, but is not limited to: answering phones, entering appointments, processing payments, health history consultations and new patient evaluations, progress assessments, reviewing insurance claims, holding babies while mom gets adjusted and more! Requirements:

• Must be 18 to be considered
• Must have own form of transportation to and from work
• Must be a team player and enjoy working with others
• Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment (this is not a desk job)
• Must be outgoing and enjoy communicating with a variety of people throughout the day
• Must enjoy kids
• Able be memorize important office verbiage to provide a consistent patient experience
• Must have moderate knowledge of computers and technology – we are an electronic medical office
• All necessary training will be provided on the job

Salary: Hourly pay with rapid raises, beginning at $15-$18/hour (based on experience)

Hours: Weekly hours vary slightly based on appointments and office demands. The typical hours are detailed below and will range from 30-40 hours per week. The days can feel (and be!) long, but you will be able to enjoy a three day weekend!

• Monday 9:15-1:00 & 2:15-6:30
• Tuesday 6:30-11:30 & 1:30-5:30
• Wednesday 1:00-6:30
• Thursday 6:30-11:30 & 1:30-5:30
• Fridays occasional training only
