Requirements
- Identify & target potential LTC facilities to expand our client base.
- Own your region and take accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Educate & influence key decision-makers, ensuring our LTC services meet their facility's unique needs.
- Develop & maintain long-lasting relationships for long-term success and retention.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase our offerings.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years of medical sales experience (pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, ACT, and Google Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time (including occasional overnight stays)
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
