We are seeking a Client Access Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will provide continuous daily supportive services to both Northern Pines clients and staff.
Essential Functions include:
- Scheduling client appointment & maintaining providers schedules
- Check clients in for appointments
- Verification of insurances
- Receive and fax documents
- Processing referrals and completing intakes
- Assisting clients with screeners
- Updating medication list by using Dr. First
- Assisting clients with resources and referrals. This may require connecting clients to Mobile Crisis Outreach services, Emergency Services and/or other supports
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with all programs within Northern Pines Mental Health Center
- Communicate with internal and external providers as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Evaluate client satisfaction of services
Qualifications include:
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to details, work in a fast-paced environment and work independently at times
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to lift 60lbs on an occasional basis
- Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Travel is a function of this position; a valid driver's license is required
