We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. You will be supporting two financial advisors and overseeing the duties of a financial advisory practice. This position will enable phenomenal opportunity for the right candidate to develop a career path to grow with our company and oversee an advisor's practice. You will be working with advisors and clients on a daily basis.
Job Description:
- NOT A SALES ROLE
- Support the role of 2 full time advisors and firm owners
- Assist advisors and team in delivering great service to clients in investment arena of the practice
- Process new account applications and account service requests accurately, efficiently, & with a sense of urgency.
- Build out investment proposals and recommendations with advisors guidance and coordinate with team.
- Administrative duties - answering phone, scheduling appointments, and preparing for client meetings.
- Follow up on numerous daily service tasks for clients and advisors.
- Problem solve client inquiries and requests with a sense of urgency.
- Work in, maintain, and improve firm's client relationship management (CRM) software
- Perform other duties as assigned by advisors and team lead
Qualifications:
- 2 years of financial services industry experience is recommended
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compliance with all operating policies and procedures
- Understanding and commitment to a Business Professional workplace environment
- Self motivation and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to a collegial work style and mutual accountability
- Ability to manage time to accommodate priorities of fast-paced Advisors
- Either a Two or Four year degree
- Excellent communication skills, strong written and verbal
- Superior attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite to specifically include Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Previous use with CRM is helpful
- Must be a critical thinker and problem solver
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary adjusted for experience. Looking at starting at $50,000 depending on industry experience & knowledge
