Responsibilities and Expectations
- Responsible for assisting servers throughout the meal while adhering to a four diamond standard of service.
- Cleaning and resetting tables, monitoring tables for guest needs, and assisting servers or supervisors with their requests.
- Ensuring customers achieve a pleasurable dining experience by providing constant, attentive, and friendly service to all guests.
- Knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and wine list, making recommendations to guests when requested.
