As a Server Assistant at Northern Quest Resort & Casino, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Clear tables using tray service, reset them for new guests, and maintain tables according to venue standards.
- Refill water, deliver beverages, bread service throughout meal, and clear all soiled dishes from the table after guests finish eating.
- Be knowledgeable about wine and alcoholic beverages/garnishes, answering guest questions when requested.
- Maintain assigned sections and workstations, restock bus tubs, and perform side work in a timely manner.
- Communicate food and service complaints to the Supervisor.
