The Entertainment Ambassador is responsible for serving the artist and performers' needs on the property and the guests of Northern Quest Resort & Casino through all entertainment functions, including box office, selling merch, procuring artist needs, and assisting other departments in entertainment event functions. They are expected to provide the best possible service by performing the following duties.
Job Description
- Provides high-quality customer service and hospitality in executing all tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt and adjust to the needs of a changing environment.
- Provide customers, clients, and artists with accurate information
- Responsible for selling show tickets for NQ shows and Tickets West events (as assigned)
- Responsible for selling artist merchandise and maintaining accurate merch and cash counts (as assigned).
- Responsible for driving while on company time to procure goods for artists based on their management needs.
- Responsible for transporting artists or entertainment personnel to their desired location.
- Maintains accurate bank balance for merch, box office, or artist running requirements.
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure control / protection of company assets through verification and documentation of exchanges.
- Provide prompt and courteous telephone service
- Available and willing to work irregular hours deemed necessary for business levels, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.
