Summary of Functions
Maintain NQ RV Resort facilities, and event setup and teardown while supported by the RV Resort Senior Maintenance & Setup Supervisor. Adhere to all operational guidelines and standards in addition to all assigned duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Resort and Casino Policies and Procedures.
- Provide exceptional service to customers and employees when performing job duties and conduct oneself in a professional and businesslike manner to reflect Northern Quest’s high standard of excellence.
- Works as a team with other associates to maintain the best service standards available.
- Comply with resort safety and Loss Control Procedures.
- Fulfill any reasonable work requested by the RV Resort Senior Maintenance & Setup Supervisor or the RV Resort Manager.
- Escorts guests to their assigned site or cottage and answers basic questions of set up of utilities or cottage amenities.
- Informs maintenance, front desk, housekeeping, or RV resort manager of any guest complaints or concerns.
- Assists guest with luggage, parking arrangements and directional information within the resort.
- Assists with maintaining cleanliness and organization of any available rental items or golf carts.
- Assist with maintaining all NQ RV Resort facilities in coordination with the RV Resort Senior Maintenance & Setup Supervisor.
- Assists in set up, break down, and guest involvement during resort events and activities.
- Include setting up tables and chairs, loading and unloading equipment to, from and into the building in accordance to a room diagram.
- Inventory all equipment before returning to proper storage.
- Keep storage areas clean and organized. Make sure that equipment is cleaned properly and stored securely.
- Cleaning and maintaining the NQ RV Resort facilities for events and as needed to assist other departments.
- Bring to attention of supervisors and/or management any notice of damaged or improper working equipment or damaged facility (walls, etc.) at the end of shift for immediate repair.
- Remove ice and snow.
- Assist in seasonal weatherization in coordination with RV Resort Senior Maintenance & Setup Supervisor.
- Assumes responsibility for safe and correct care and usage of all vehicles and equipment used or assigned.
- Use proper interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and employees.
- Is knowledgeable about an array of resort’s facilities.
- Share information with other departments to facilitate their successful performance.
- Coordinates with front desk to preform RV site turnaround.
- Represent Northern Quest in a professional, effective and courteous manner at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions and anticipate hazards constantly.
- Report accidents or injuries to management or security immediately.
- Ensure guest confidentiality standards are followed.
- Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.
- Have knowledge of resort emergency procedures.
· Fill in for any duties in the resort as needed, including but not limited to the following: concierge duties, light maintenance, and housekeeping. · May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings. |

Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience
- Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Skills
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and other computer software.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Other Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Gaming License.
- Washington or Idaho State Driver’s License (Must be in possession while operating a Tribal Vehicle).
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Hepatitis A & B vaccination required.
- Available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- All offers of employment are contingent upon passing pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening.
