JOB TITLE : Site Manager
This is a Full Time Position pay is dependent on experience.
DESCRIPTION : This is a management / supervisor position. Work involves direct management of responsibilities, supervision of the Waiting List Manager / Admin Aide, the Housing Managers, and Maintenance Tech's and Maintenance Lead. The primary responsibility for the Site Manger is to oversee compliance with Local, State, and Federal mandates and regulations with HUD Public Housing Programs. Activities associated with the position require the exercise of independent judgment and initiative and the application of the thorough knowledge of all organization programs and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills are required for successful job performance. Must remain current on all program rules and regulations and develop standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Work performance is evaluated by the Executive Director / Deputy Director (s). Through review of compliance with governing regulations, efficiency of housing authority operations, level of service provided for the low- income population, and the ability to effectively supervise subordinate staff. Work activities are also subject to annual independent audits, HUD audits and evaluations, and review by the Board of Commissioners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Experience : Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Special Qualifications :
- Must be able to pass a drug test prior to employment
- Must possess a valid insurable driver's license and maintain throughout employment
- Must always maintain a high level of customer service.
