Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like
- First thing, you will work with your team to open the branch and get ready for the day.
- Throughout the day, you will greet members (both in-branch and over the phone) enthusiastically, actively listen to their problems or needs, and offer personalized solutions that improve their financial well-being.
- You will enjoy a 1-hour lunch break.
- During downtime, you have the opportunity to take classes that will advance your skillset and encourage personal growth and development.
- At day's end, you will balance your drawer and work with your team to securely close the branch.
To carry out this job you will need
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Proficient PC skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- At least 1-year experience in customer service, retail, and/or cash handling.
- Strong communication skills.
- A willingness to embrace change and cultural differences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
