Part Time Scout Shop Staff Position at Northern Star Scouting - Hermantown, MN!

Northern Star Scouting is seeking an energetic and cheerful person like yourself to be a member of the Scout Shop team at our Hermantown, MN location.

Do you enjoy working in a retail environment? No Scouting experience necessary! This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable experience, while helping our Scouts and Scout leaders obtain the uniforms, books, merchandise and other resources they are looking for.
Starting pay for this position is $19.00 / hour. You will also receive paid sick and safe time. Schedule is 5 days per week, Monday-Friday from 10 am - 2 pm, and the first Saturday of each month from 10 am - 2 pm. (when working a Saturday, you would have the following Monday off.)
Responsibilities
- Be able to operate a cash register and make sales.
- Be able to track and stock inventory.
- Keep the Scout Shop area clean and customer friendly.
- Answer basic Scouting related questions via phone or in person.
- Be able to mail out items that have been purchased.
