Responsibilities The Department of Psychology and Counselor Education at Northern State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Psychology. Responsibilities include teaching both face-to-face and online undergraduate and, possibly, graduate courses in a learner-centered environment. Teach courses across core areas of psychology using a variety of innovative and engaging instructional strategies. Course topics may include developmental, cognitive, biological and social psychology as well as testing and measurement, statistics and research methodologies.
Responsibilities will also include scholarly activity, and service within the department, school, university, and discipline.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have an earned doctorate in Psychology or closely related field; however, applicants who complete their degree before the date of appointment will be considered.
