Northern State is accepting applications for a full-time assistant women’s soccer coach. Primary duties include on-field coaching and training and recruiting elite student-athletes.
The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division II women’s soccer program.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling, and the administration of team budgets;
- fundraising for the program, promoting / working NSU soccer camps; developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the community;
- knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, NSIC and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes;
Preferred candidate will have experience with video editing, game analysis, graphic design, and creating / managing social media, video highlights, etc.

Playing and / or coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of a USSF D, or NSCAA National Diploma. Strong communication and organizational skills required.
